Over 6 weeks, we work together to break your old stress patterns and build a simple nightly reset you can actually stick with.

You’ll use breath and very simple guitar patterns (no musical experience needed) to shift your nervous system out of survival mode. -
Support between sessions
You get access to me via text/email so you’re not left alone when things spike mid‑week. -

Every call is recorded so you can revisit the tools and reminders any time you need them.
