How the 7 Days Work

Each day you get one short breathing practice, one guitar pattern designed to calm your nervous system, and a daily reset ritual you can use whenever stress hits. Each session is under 10 minutes.

Days 1–3

Build the foundation. You're learning the physical rhythm that connects breath to guitar. Most guys notice something shifts by Day 2.

Day 4

The NLP anchoring session. This is where the technique moves from "interesting" to "I actually own this." Your body learns to associate the guitar with safety.

Days 5–7
